  The Mystery of the Forgotten Island 
  (لغز الجزيرة المنسية)

Three days had passed since the girls escaped from the old house. They tried to forget what happened, but every night, Mariam dreamed about the diary. One morning, Noor got a strange message on her phone: “If you want answers, go to the island.”

مرت ثلاثة أيام منذ أن هربت الفتيات من المنزل القديم. حاولن نسيان ما حدث، لكن كل ليلة كانت مريم تحلم بالمفكرة. في صباح أحد الأيام، تلقت نور رسالة غريبة على هاتفها: "إذا كنتِ تريدين الإجابات، فاذهبي إلى الجزيرة."

“The island?” Layla repeated. “There’s only one small island near the coast, and no one lives there!” Mariam looked serious. “Maybe the diary is connected to it.” Noor nodded. “Let’s find out.”

قالت ليلى بدهشة: "الجزيرة؟ هناك جزيرة صغيرة واحدة فقط بالقرب من الساحل، ولا يعيش فيها أحد!" نظرت مريم بجدية وقالت: "ربما للمفكرة علاقة بها." أومأت نور قائلة: "دعونا نكتشف ذلك."

That afternoon, they rented a small boat and sailed toward the island. The sky was cloudy, and the waves were higher than usual. Layla held the edge of the boat tightly. “This doesn’t feel right,” she said nervously.

Inside the lighthouse, they found maps, old photos, and a broken radio. Noor picked up a map with strange symbols. “These are the same drawings from the diary!” she said. Mariam’s eyes widened. “So this island is part of the story…”

داخل المنارة، وجدن خرائط وصورًا قديمة وجهاز راديو مكسور. التقطت نور خريطة عليها رموز غريبة وقالت: "هذه نفس الرسومات الموجودة في المفكرة!" اتسعت عينا مريم قائلة: "إذًا هذه الجزيرة جزء من القصة..."

Suddenly, the radio turned on by itself. A deep voice said, “You shouldn’t have come here.” The girls screamed and stepped back. The radio then went silent again. Layla whispered, “Someone’s watching us.”

فجأة، اشتغل الراديو من تلقاء نفسه. قال صوت عميق: "لم يكن يجب أن تأتين إلى هنا." صرخت الفتيات وتراجعن للخلف. ثم صمت الراديو مجددًا. همست ليلى: "هناك من يراقبنا."

They decided to climb to the top of the lighthouse to get a better view. When they reached the top, they saw a small boat leaving the island — but no one was rowing it.

قررن الصعود إلى قمة المنارة لرؤية أفضل. وعندما وصلن إلى الأعلى، رأين قاربًا صغيرًا يغادر الجزيرة — لكن لم يكن هناك أحد يجدف فيه.

The wind became stronger, and dark clouds gathered. Suddenly, Mariam noticed something carved into the floor: “Find the mirror to break the curse.” Noor said, “What mirror?”

اشتدت الرياح، وتجمعت الغيوم الداكنة. وفجأة لاحظت مريم شيئًا محفورًا في الأرضية مكتوبًا عليه: "ابحثي عن المرآة لكسر اللعنة." قالت نور: "أي مرآة؟"

Before they could say another word, lightning struck the lighthouse. The floor cracked, and the diary — which Mariam had in her bag — started glowing.

قبل أن ينطقن بكلمة أخرى، ضرب البرق المنارة، وتشقق الأرض، وبدأت المفكرة — التي كانت في حقيبة مريم — تتوهج.

A loud voice echoed around them: “You found the island, but the mirror is waiting…” The ground opened beneath them, and they fell into darkness.

تردد صوت عالٍ حولهن: "لقد وجدتُن الجزيرة، لكن المرآة تنتظر..." وانشقت الأرض تحتهن، وسقطن في الظلام.
